One of the coolest things about working on our product team is the people. We are a group of knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated folks that care deeply about what we do. As we grow our team we also want to foster and grow the skills of our current team members. The fast pace of work can make it easy for each of us to de-prioritize professional development, but deep down we know it’s important for our personal and professional health, and for maintaining the health of our team. This is why we are working on a framework that will allow each of us to make planning and nurturing our careers a priority.
